Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

 
We need donations of auction items and bottles of wine for fundraising events throughout the year. Examples of possible auction items could be: gift certificate, baskets or wine, to travel or luxury packages. Have an idea? Let us know which businesses you plan to approach, and we can prepare a request letter for you. As a 501(c)3 organization, donations may be tax deductible and we are happy to provide an in-kind receipt upon request.
IHA’s Board of Directors is crucial to our mission and organizational sustainability. We are always looking for dedicated individuals and community leaders to join our Board who share our commitment to animal welfare in Eastern Iowa. While support for IHA’s mission is the key attribute any prospective member should bring to the Board, here are a few additional skill sets we’re currently seeking:

Volunteers needed to sign up for the IHA Hot Soup Cold Noses benefit supper on March 10th.
