We simply could not do what we do without the generous participation of our volunteers!

They are vital to our mission of reducing animal shelter admissions and ending euthanasia as a form of population control in Iowa.

Volunteering is the most precious gift of all.

We are always looking to add to our volunteer team! Do you have time to dedicate to our cause? All volunteers must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a basic background check.  If you are interested in volunteering for Iowa Humane Alliance, please contact Kathleen to sign up for one of our monthly volunteer orientations.
