One of our team members will be reaching out to you by phone within the next week to reschedule your pet’s appointment. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will send an email to the address we have on file. Please DO NOT reschedule your pet’s appointment online. Rescheduling online will make it more difficult for our team to sort through available surgery slots and will duplicate your pet’s appointment causing more confusion.
We will continue to address post-surgical concerns and perform emergency pyometra surgeries as necessary. Please contact our medical team at 319-826-0201 with post-surgery concerns or questions regarding referred pyometra surgeries.
Please do not live humane trap any community cats until further notice. We realize that the weather is starting to warm up and the TNR season is beginning. We will keep you updated and post when we will be resuming spay/neuter surgeries for community cats.
We hope to be able to provide spay and neuter services back to our supportive community as soon as possible.
