Donation Designations – “Every Day is Spay Day” Clinic Campaign

Memorials/Tributes

Gifts in memory of a beloved animal, friend, or family member, or in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or other special event, are wonderful ways to pay tribute to those you care for while strengthening the Iowa Humane Alliance’s mission and programs. Whether you donate through PayPal or send us a check, please download a tribute form and mail it with your check or attach it to an email and send to mary@iowahumanealliance.org.  A card will be sent to the person or pet you designate.

Matching Gifts

Many companies encourage philanthropic interest among their employees by offering a matching gifts program. Please contact your company's Human Resources department to determine if your employer matches gifts to Iowa Humane Alliance. This is an easy and effective way to double or even triple your contribution.

In-Kind Donations

In addition to monetary gifts, in-kind donations of needed equipment, supplies or services are also welcomed. In-kind donors will be recognized in the same manner as monetary donors.

Pet carriers are needed for transporting animals to vet offices. Any other pet supplies, including food, can be distributed to low income clients.

We would also appreciate donations of professional services, including accounting and legal services, as well as contractor (builders, electricians, plumbers) services for remodeling our clinic space early next year. Building and remodeling materials, as well as medical and office equipment will be needed at that time also.
We are also in need of prizes of all kinds, fun items, gift certificates and event tickets for instance, that we can use as raffle or silent auction prizes at fundraising events.

Our “Dream Come True” wish would be for an extended cargo van to transport large groups of pets to vet offices. This van would serve as the clinic transport van once it is opened, but would also allow for us to increase the number of animals we are getting altered now.

Corporate Event Sponsorship

Business sponsorships are needed for our fundraising events planned for this summer and fall. Event sponsors will be recognized in all event marketing materials, at the event, and will also receive all the benefits available to clinic donors.
